Terms

These are the terms for buying from this website. Short version: we sell you a tee, you pay for it, we ship it, and if something is wrong we fix it.

Who you are buying from

BEYOND, an independent apparel label operating from Jakarta, Indonesia. Contact details are on the contact page.

Prices

All prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include applicable taxes. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake we will tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• An order is placed when you press Place order. Your items are held for the payment window shown on the order page (normally 24 hours).
• Payment is by bank transfer, e-wallet or QRIS to the account shown on your order page. Pay the exact amount including the unique code.
• If payment is not received within the window, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released. You can simply order again.
• We confirm payment on WhatsApp or email and then ship.

Shipping

See the shipping page. Delivery times are courier estimates. Risk passes to you when the courier confirms delivery to the address you gave.

Exchanges, faults and refunds

See the returns and exchanges page. Nothing here limits your rights under Indonesian consumer protection law (UU 8/1999).

Stock

Everything is made in small batches. If, despite our stock check, an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we tell you within one working day and refund in full.

Content

The BEYOND name, logo, prints and films are our property. Please do not reproduce them commercially.

Disputes

Talk to us first, we sort almost everything out on WhatsApp. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
